Shipping Information
Each piece is thoughtfully made to order, allowing us to produce in small batches and minimise unnecessary waste.
Orders are dispatched from Western Australia within 5–12 business days of purchase. Once dispatched, delivery timeframes will vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
All orders are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely and in perfect condition.
Pre-Orders
From time to time, selected styles may be offered on a pre-order basis.
If an item is marked as Pre-Order, please allow up to 3 weeks for production and dispatch. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept this estimated timeframe.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order.
Simply add your items to your cart and enter your shipping details to view the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.
We also offer free Australia-wide shipping on all orders over $350 AUD.
International Orders
We proudly ship worldwide.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by your destination country. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order, as these charges are not included in your purchase or shipping costs.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
